The full moon is a powerful healing force. Every 28 days the lunar cycle offers us a time to slow down, chill out, and quietly observe.   This gentle yoga practice will be slower paced movements  with a focus on breathing and stretching, open to all levels. No flexibility or yoga experience required!

RELAX AND RESTORE

Restorative postures, often supported by blocks, blankets, bolsters, and other props, are designed to maximize comfort, balance physical and emotional stress and allow practitioners to fully let go.  You can look forward to enhanced flexibility, a more peaceful night’s sleep, an immune system boost, and it’s also a great way to jump start that meditation practice you have been meaning to begin.
