Using a blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation techniques to strengthen the body, clear the mind, and uplift the spirit. Come discover an ancient art and science to help you navigate the challenges of life. Release old stress, tension and relax into the peace of who you truly are. Each class ends with the healing vibrations of Gong Savasana. Recommended donation of $5-$15. Class participants must be 15 years of age or older. If you are asked to leave a class for any reason, a refund will not be issued.

Restorative postures, often supported by blocks, blankets, bolsters, and other props, are designed to maximize comfort, balance physical and emotional stress and allow practitioners to fully let go.  You can look forward to enhanced flexibility, a more peaceful night’s sleep, an immune system boost, and it’s also a great way to jump start that meditation practice you have been meaning to begin.
